The Challenge: Walmart+ faced a six-month timeline for each membership offer launch, a significant competitive disadvantage when launching multiple simultaneous offers.

The Solution: I redesigned our entire content approach from the ground up. Instead of reinventing the wheel for every launch, I created flexible content models, comprehensive templates, and a playbook that included content requirements, component guides, and pre-approved legal language that worked with any third-party offer partner.
